If I could give zero stars, I would. Horrible company to work for and very unprofessional. High turnover rate and unorganized.
They are frequently under investigation but since most of their consumers cannot speak up for themselves, they get away with it. Very high employee turnover and always short staffed. Once you upset one of their admin staff you will never do anything right enough again. If they think you hotline them they will get rid of you. Beware before you work there or have a loved one placed with them.
