Be very clear on every call, even within a few short minutes, that you reiterate exactly what you are expecting. Return phone calls from the Company to re discuss labor rates, may cost you in the end by getting a less expensive model than originally. I'll chalk it up to miscommunication. The job itself was done right and Sal was very neat.
Were at my house in an hour on a below-freezing night to check the gas burner that was not working. They came back at 8:30 am and I had a new burner by 1:30. Highly recommended
