The gentle man kept us in contact as to when he would arrive and was very courteous and look like he cared about my house and keeping it like it was before he arrived. The two heating and cooling units in my home were 19 years old and no longer operating properly. I had Reliable Heating & Air replace both units. The new unit on the main floor is a 3-ton Trane XR 16 air conditioner and XC80 furnace. The new upstairs unit is a 2-ton Trane XR 14 air conditioner and XT80 furnace. The Reliable team members of Randy, Daniel, Derek, and Mike were very professional and completed the installation in about 6 hours including a new return duct for the bonus room and repairs to some of the piping.
