Excellent service and Expert Installation! We appreciate the entire team: Luke Alan Wells, Jonathan, Ken and especially Forrest P. for setting the wheels in motion. Forrest provided great information and perfect analysis of what exactly was needed with our duct work and the type of unit to best cool and heat our home! We have been extremely pleased with the perfect cooling of our new TRANE!!!! So Awesome!!!! Thank you Reliable Air!!!!

The BEST! Adam & Freddie with Blue Ladder Contracting came out as a subcontractor for Reliable Heating & Air. They installed a new Tran Heating & Air System. They are both professional, respectful, efficient, knowledgeable, & explained how to work with the new equipment. I would HIGHLY recommend them. They are the best techs I have ever seen. They are an asset to your organization. Susan

I am writing a review about Rodney Riddick the man who sold me my new furnace. He was an excellent salesman. Why...He did not PUSH us to buy this or that in terms of proper Seer. He was knowledgeable and explained every thing he needed to about a new furnace (mine was 20 years old) I liked that he called me on the day of installation to see if all went well and I was satisfied. He is a keeper...you do not find excellence in todays world and that is what he is!!!!

Today we had our AC/heating system replaced by Reliable, the two technition (Grant and Jared) doing the the replacement were very knowledgeable and efficient. They brought our new system up to code without making a mess doing all the new changes necessary. We were very pleased with their work. They made sure we were informed of how to operate the new equipment, and answered all our questions. we will be sure to recommend Reliable very highly to our friends. 3/8/2019

Excellent experience. Kevin put together the proposal for a new A/C and furnace. He arranged to have techs Blake and TK come do the installation. All three were courteous and professional. They fully communicated throughout the process and delivered on what they promised. They answered any questions and obviously have pride in providing top notch customer service. I appreciate that they left the utility room in better shape than when they arrived. The rest of the house and yard had no trace or trash from their visit.
