Reliable Heating and Air in Atlanta - Best Company in town! I switched to Reliable Heating and Air over a year ago when I needed a new furnace. Lawrence Overstreet is an excellent service technician - kind, hard working and extremely professional. Reliable is an excellent company and Lawrence Overstreet is an exceptional technician - love them :)

Great service! Rocky worked quickly and quietly. He even gave me a short lesson on energy efficiency on his way out the door. We will definitely use this service again.

Darrell Chastain at Reliable delivers excellent customer service and helped us with a whole home electrical inspection as well as fixed a breaker issue. We will definitely go back for any additional electrical problems we may face as well as air and plumbing issues in the future.

We had an issue with our upstairs unit not working. On July 4th called at 9:00 AM and the put me on the waiting list for the day. Received a call just before lunch letting me know that they had a technician on the way to my house. We were up and running just after lunch same day. They do great work for a fair price and stand behind it.

We had a new Trane unit installed in our Dunwoody home Saturday, July 9th, 2016. We got a call ahead the day before the installation confirming the time and when they would show up. The morning of I received a phone call from the crew letting me know they were on their way and gave me a time the GPS said they would arrive, which was 20 minutes early.
