This was my first time using Reliable Heating & Air. I had seen their truck while sitting in traffic and thought I would give them a try. I am so glad that I did. Justin Hall was excellent. He came in and discovered the problem, and fixed it immediately. I was worried at first, but I will not hesitate to call them again. Thanks Justin!

About three weeks ago, my water heater died. Leaking all over the garage and basically at a point of uselessness. I'm on a very fixed income as I am disabled from 9/11 and was desperately trying to find someone to finance a new water heater. The woman, Carol, helped me apply for a home improvement loan which I was sadly turned down for. I continued to call other companies throughout the morning with no success. Great Service Our home is over 25 years old and we have a dog and so the ventilation was in need of a good cleaning. Josh . was very timely and thorough. He was very meticulous and neat. Cleaned everything very well, vacuumed up, replaced all vents. Josh is very conscientious, professional and pleasant and dependable. I was very comfortable having him in the home. I would highly recommend Reliable. PROJECT DETAILS Whole house duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning

Great Service Our home is over 25 years old and we have a dog and so the ventilation was in need of a good cleaning. Josh . was very timely and thorough. He was very meticulous and neat. Cleaned everything very well, vacuumed up, replaced all vents. Josh is very conscientious, professional and pleasant and dependable. I was very comfortable having him in the home. Had to replace my heater last Friday. Jeremy and Tevin did a great job- they were early within the time window, polite and professional, and even though the installation took twice as long as planned due to a problem with the house wiring, they remained patient throughout the process.
