We had a problem with the Heat Pump upstairs tripping the breaker and would trip again immediately when trying to reset. We called Reliable in the morning and they sent someone out the same day. Ricky Johnson came out and looked at the outside unit, the breaker box and then got up in the attic to look at the Heat Pump. He figured it out pretty quickly and a short time later we are all set!

We have used Reliable Heating & Air since returning to Atlanta two years ago. They have always been on time and accurate in their work. Today's Fall inspection of our three units was done efficiently by Lawrence Overstreet, a very personable and knowledgeable young man.

Called 30 minutes prior to showing up. Knew exactly what he was doing. I had a previous tech look at the problem and told me I needed a new furnace. Reliable tech found a simple solution to the issue and now my furnace is functioning as it should! Thanks guys! Friendly, knowledgable and successfully resolved my problem.

Showed up on time. Found problem quickly and had the needed parts in the truck. Beginning to end took less than an hour. Scott did a great job. Great experience with Reliable.

This was my first time using Reliable Heating & Air. I had seen their truck while sitting in traffic and thought I would give them a try. I am so glad that I did. Justin Hall was excellent. He came in and discovered the problem, and fixed it immediately. I was worried at first, but I will not hesitate to call them again. Thanks Justin!
