Have been a customer for a long time, however VERY disappointed lately. The last 2 appts they have called and cancelled at the last minute. A new house inspection 10-15, and a routine service today 7-16. First case we were told their tech got busy and will not be able to make it, 2nd time someone called in. They have 10-12 tech's when a customer takes a vacation day for your appt and you cancel that's a problem. In years past these have always been good folks, something has changed sadly.

We're sorry we had to reschedule your appointments twice this year. We always try to have the other techs absorb some of a tech's schedule if he calls off, however,ometimes it's unavoidable. We're very sorry for that. We know it's inconvenient. We actually are looking for another technician to hire asap. Anyone interested can apply through our website.
