Horrible place to work these people let people get harassed!!! the open door policy is NON EXISTENT in this place. They have a very good team, led by Lisa. They did have their growing pain, staffing problem just like anybody else during the pandemic, but that's probably in a rear mirror now. I like their CAD/CAM crowns, so far it's been working very well, most of the time, it fits without any adjustment. 4/28/22 - My updated post, they still have growing pain, overwhelmed with too much business, they lost track of what they're doing. Therefore, I had to remove 2 stars.
Lisa and her team provide great customer service and excellent restorations. Titan is a great digital tech. They can help you thru the process and make you smile at the same time. It is a pleasure working with them.
