We woke up to a very warm house this morning (530 am on a Saturday), called another company who couldn't get here until around 3pm. Called Reliable Climate at 6am Brandon was here in 30 minutes. He was very professional and friendly. He wore shoe covers whenever he was in the house. He was straightforward about what was going on with the system and how much it would cost. Perfect service, every time.
A competitor wanted $12,000 for a new unit and said I had no options but to replace. Reliable Climate, came out took a look at our system and said let's start by cleaning your coils first and we might need to add coolant to the system (which was not needed) Brandon then stated it was not necessary to replace the unit. Thanks for for saving me $12,000 and if we do have to replace later on down the road you will be my first and only call.
