A competitor wanted $12,000 for a new unit and said I had no options but to replace. Reliable Climate, came out took a look at our system and said let's start by cleaning your coils first and we might need to add coolant to the system (which was not needed) Brandon then stated it was not necessary to replace the unit. Thanks for for saving me $12,000 and if we do have to replace later on down the road you will be my first and only call.
