Worst costumers service. They lie to me gave me a manual wheelchair that couldn’t fit through any of my doors in my apartment. Brought it to their attention also the wheels didn’t lock in properly! Now I’m stuck in my old chair that doesn’t work properly and I’ve fallen out of several times now. Don’t trust them. They are very charming and it will throw you off at first. Then as soon as there’s any kind of problem it’s excuses then they just drop off the chair and tell me sign this is my chair for the next 6 years.
They provide caregivers that provide great care. I needed care and used them for approximately 5 months. Everyone they sent was courteous and provided me with excellent care.
