I write this after having taken several elk here in 2014 and 2015 without shopping around and having good results. However, in 2017 I feel I was charged a substantial uptick in price along with a decrease in quality. The price was very high relative to other local processors after I did my homework and I would recommend shopping around before your hunt. There is no other place I will ever bring an animal for processing. Warm family run business, incredibly fair pricing, wildly talented, and well deserved award winning sausages! They are the best, hands down!
