I had a very disappointing experience with Reliable Auto. I brought my 2018 Ford F-150 XLT in because the motor for the rear sliding glass was not working. Exhaust Pro had already diagnosed the issue when I had my 150,000-mile service done and quoted me $600 total for the motor and installation. When I called Reliable Auto, they said they needed to diagnose it themselves before looking at it and told me the diagnostic would cost between $75 and $140. They ended up charging me the full $140. I wish I could give this place zero stars. I was in the area bringing a friend to pick up their car when my check engine light came on. Since I was already there, I walked in at 4:15 p.m., and they don’t close until 5:00 p.m. I asked the man at the front counter if someone could scan my car to read the check engine code. Before I could even finish my question, he cut me off and said, “It’s 4:15. I can’t.” Apparently, this business isn’t hurting for customers. Told me I needed a new transmission. Went somewhere else, and found out nothing was wrong with my transmission. Dishonesty and greed?
Please do not waste your time or money at this business. The prices are double that of most auto service stores in the count, they provide a timeline for when your car will be finished and it takes nearly five times longer (even simple oil changes take longer and our vehicle was there before they opened with an appt.), their customer service is abysmal to say the least, and they bring your vehicle back with half the jobs UNFINISHED! So don’t use this shop no more !
We received excellent service at a fair price. The staff demonstrated expertise and a professional demeanor. Our wait time was minimal.
