I walked to look at a car this guy Rich was rude and start yelling at me. I told him I don't think this the place for me. He then started yelling and harassing my husband and I. He also ONLY sells cars that have been in accidents with terrible repairs?! He also stated he doesnt need NEW so dont bother going there.... worse experience trying to buy a car Rude and super unprofessional.

This is Very untrue. Rich was in the other garage doing work while you came into the showroom. He greeted you with a hello when you entered the dealership. He didn’t yell or harass you in any manner but you thought otherwise. You stated that he was rude when he came into the showroom and unprofessional then talked negative about the dealership. Sorry you had a negative experience, but we treat everyone with kindness and respect.

Rich and his team are the best. Most recently the water pump on my Toyota needed replacement. The job was finished today although I'd agreed to leave the truck overnight. The total cost was three hundred and fifty dollars less than Toyota using parts matched to my truck.
