I've been heading here for about a year, since Keenan Family was forced out. James has been great taking care of my cars. Generally, they are very quick. I've felt very good about going there, but even better after today. I'll just say this. A few weeks ago, I brought the car in, had a fix done, and a small mistake was made. Hands down the best auto repair shop in the game. This was my second time coming. My car started overheating last week and they were able to get me in within a few days. They also stayed almost 45 minutes late to ensure everything was fixed for me in the same day. I will always highly recommend James and the Reliable Auto Maintenance crew for anyone’s car repair needs. Seriously some of the nicest and most hard working mechanics.
I had my front rotors and break pads replaced as well as an oil change by Dave and they did an excellent job. Great customer service at an excellent price.
I'm leaving this review in regards to a friend going to this location for a hood latch issue was charged $160 some odd dollars for the hood latch and then told it would be $600 and some odd dollars for labor it they went to another reputable mechanic shop in town cost $34. They sprayed some lube on the hood latch boy. If this place don't act like they see a woman coming from a million miles away, I can't someone who operates a business like that trying to take advantage of people.
They were very expeditious and their online tool for managing service approvals was quite nice. However, my car was quite dirty afterwards and reeked of oil, gas, grease or something. Might take my car back, if I find a detailing service worth it haha
