I'm appreciative and thankful to Reliable Auto for "defining" what we knew about our Pump, need of oil change, a new battery, and the check engine light. They diagnosed, set all things mentioned. Mis-fire continued; towed back & more work. Told: "Vehicle has a very good engine & could last another 2-3yrs..." We trust THEIR service! Yet, for the 3rd time, the 2007 SUV Dodge Van Caravan was costly towed back to Reliable Auto 10/2/25 awaiting. Response was...
Took my car in to have new muffler put on and was told it would take 30 minutes to and hour to put on. I planned to go on a trip right after the muffler was but on and I called them after that hour passed and now they say they hope to get it done by the end of the day.
Very reasonable prices and they got me back on the road fast. They were easy to talk to and they showed me in pictures what was wrong with my van. They explained everything well. I'll be going back for what ever I'll need in the future.
I I've taken my car and my daughter's cars here several times. I have not seen James the owner the last two or three times. I suspect a business has been sold? James was great and I got detailed intro about what was wrong and options I'm fixing it. I haven't gotten the same service from the new owners.
