I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion and comparing prices before having work done here. I paid $700 for rear brake work and a caliper. The brakes definitely needed attention because the car was not stopping properly, so I needed to get the work done. My issue is the price. Afterward, I found that comparable work could have been done for around $400, which means I paid substantially more than I needed to. Super grateful to these guys for communicating well, being upfront about cost, and getting me back on the road quick! My van's alternator failed when on a trip to Cedar Rapids. Very disappointed with not only the mechanical service but also the customer service. Trusted the shop to repair my upper control arms in my RAV4, took it to an alignment shop for the alignment and they refused to touch it because Reliable Auto put in the wrong part. I was told to being the vehicle back and they would fix it.. again, took it back to get the alignment for the second time and again, they would not touch it because it was again the wrong parts and not fixed right. Reliable Auto did a great job fixing the flash guard on my daughter's car. They were quick and charged very reasonable fee. Would definitely recommend them to others! Also, I don't post many reviews, but made it a point to post one for them!
