I think the word “Reliable” is an inaccurate description of this company. During the diagnostic appointment of my washing machine, the owner was there to tell me if my washer was repairable or should I just buy a new one. He said he could fix it, and the repair should hold up for some time...possibly a year. I agreed to the repair.
