We've gone through them a few times now and they went above and beyond each time to fix things we didn't even know we're broken. Quick response time and someone has been able to come by every time same day. Affordable, speedy, and reliable
Great service from start to finish. Quick to return my call and Jared was sent out same day for my fridge. Jared arrived on time, calling first before arrival. He did a great job, he explained problem and took great care in removing parts of fridge and replacing. He also double-checked that it was working as it should after repair. Jared was very pleasant and made sure all my questions were answered. Will definitely use again for future appliance repair!
Definitely recommend. I got a return call from a voicemail left within 10 minutes. Haley was able to schedule my service call for the next day. The tech Jarod called me ahead of the visit with an eta, inside the service window, which is always appreciated. Upon arrival, Jarod was polite, clearly communicated who he was and what he was dispatched to do. The problem was resolved same day including leaving to go get a part.
