Very friendly service. We had an issue with the fridge we bought for my mother in law. They returned it and upgraded us for the inconvenience. We will return if we need any other appliances!

I needed a washer and he was able to work with me so I could get one and it works good as a new one better the. Our front load that died. Very easy to deal with.
I spoke with Larry multiple times today, in the midst of two kids with the flu and my stress level to its breaking point my washer quit working he was so helpful and accommodating I can't even explain :) and pleasant! Need affordable appliances this is where you should take your business!

we were at Reliable App last wkend and purchased a used dryer, and not only did we recieve a good dryer they were very generous on giving us credit on our old one.... We will deff. be going back.... Dryer works great, by the time my washer is done with a load, my clothes are dry, and they are very friendly as well!!

These guys are a local Ohio Valley business, with the values you just don't find any more. 5 star rating for sure!
