They made me waste gas that tbeybweew trade me stuff for a stove then once they seen it said they won't do it
They are always friendly, honest, and super helpful! We have bought our fridge and a water heater from them! They even let us borrow a dolly since we just lived a block up! Best customer service and prices around!! We will definitely continue to go back for all our appliances!
Excellent service, great people. Our dryer quit working today and they were great on helping us get another one. Highly recommended to anyone looking for great friendly service and people that stand behind the products they sell! Love this store.

The guys over at Reliable Appliance really went above what you expect in customer service. They took into consideration my situation and my needs and did everything they could to help meet my needs and expectations. You can't go wrong when you have people that genuinely care about their customers. A++. Would do business again.
Treat customers right. They sell good used appliances at a reasonable price. IF by any manner you get a "lemon" (if happens anywhere) they will replace it with no problems or questions. I have dealt with them for several years (since they were originally near Colemans fish market).In addition they offer a 10% discount to landlords (and other repeat customers). Also will give you a reasonable store credit for old appliances.
I got a washer and dryer from them washer worked good dryer would not dry.They sent a guy out to look at it said everything was working. No its not drying so sent a guy today. Well after all it was woking it was my vent he cleanded it out put new vent pipe. and it works good so i just want to thank them for being so nice. And another thing they did not charge me. After all it wasnt the dryer most places would of charged me.THANK YOU very nice people to do business with.
My mom bought a washer and dryer there last week,guy delivered it ,set it up,dryer wasn't working right ,they came right out and fixed it asap.Great service,will definitely do business with them again A+++++++++
