So we bought a drier from Reliable Appliances in Bridgeport and have had nothing but problems with it Kept blowing fuses had it repaired multiple times. so i got ahold of them told them what was happening they totally replaced it and with the quickness. Newer model for the same price. thank you so so very much Alex and the Reliable Appliance team
Great place for cheap, clean appliances! Friendly staff that is willing to work with ya and get you a decent price. Even took my old, unwanted appliances without any hassle. Will definitely go back!
I forgot to write a review. I have never been in the store,I seen a refrigerator,and stove and called many,many,many times and even with them being busy they were very nice and very helpful,with me not seeing it in the store,just a picture,I kept calling and asking more questions,off of a picture I sent they gave me a trade in price! I paid over the phone and they delivered hooked all up and took my old ones away, and i had a dishwasher sitting in my basement that they gave me $40.00 credit for. I'll be honest... My main attraction to this place is how they genuinely just want respect. If you, as a customer are unwilling to give that - your service is better off somewhere else. I absolutely LOVE this. I've read a lot of unhappy reviews, most are extremely negative & combative. I love how the employees/owner always share your side and allow "customers" to know that it's a two way street. Have to give respect to earn it, and quite frankly the customer isn't always right... Love this place. Bought a stove and fridge. They bought my old washer and dryer then my fridge went out. Took it back and they hooked me up with a slam banging deal on another one. Thanks guys
