Was replacing an ancient dryer in my elderly father's house over the phone from Texas. The gentleman was riendly and helpful and unit was installed and exactly as represented over the phone
I was able to make an appointment very quickly to have my dryer fixed. They were very reasonably priced and did quick work!

My repair was very difficult because it was a built-in microwave that was attached to the built-in oven. Everything had to come out and there were a lot of screws to remove. (Another company that I had hired refused to do it without charging more when they found out how difficult the job would be.) The repair itself seemed simple enough, and the microwave has not had a problem since. We had to wait a few weeks for the part to arrive, however, which was a little frustrating. Overall, I would recommend them and use them again.
I have used Reliable Appliance a few times. They are friendly, and speedy. This time, however, they couldn't quite figure out what the issue was with my washing machine. I appreciated that they admitted not knowing and needed to do some research. After researching, they believed it to be the springs. Because we have had so many issues w/ the machine, we decided to buy a new one. Reliable was more than fair and didn't charge for the service call since they didn't know exactly what was wrong after looking at it. Great company.

This company is fabulous. The technician was so polite and helpful. They knew immediately what the problem was, ordered the part because they didn’t have one on the truck and was back the next day with the part. Terrific service, attitude and we couldn’t have been more pleased.
