Promised to credit service call if I had them do the service. They did not honor that.

All due respect, we "waive" the Service Charge with the repair. We do not credit it.
The tech was very professional and answered my questions. He showed me the inside of my dryer and I couldn't believe all the lint! He explained as he was replacing the part. Have not had any issues since.Will call them on any other issues.
Service Charge Waived guarantee is a farce. I called them for service on my oven. The oven needed to be replaced. I asked them to repair my oven and they still charged me the service call. I am asking Visa to do a charge back and refund my payment.
I have used Reliable Appliance a couple of times and have found them to be very reliable and friendly. The only reason I gave a 4 star rating vs 5 star is when I spoke with the technician about the issues with our washer he kept telling me it would be cheaper to just replace the washer. While I appreciate the honest answer I really wanted to know what the issues were and the cost for those repairs. It felt like pulling teeth to get a straight answer. Ultimately we did make the decision to replace the washer.
