I recently availed their service for fixing our furnace. I called in the morning, and Andrew was there in the afternoon at the time I requested. He troubleshooted the issue. He located the replacement parts the following morning, checked the warranty, and returned again in the afternoon to complete the work. He also asked if I was interested in having the furnace serviced. The communication was excellent and honest, and I felt no pressure to do anything extra. This made my overall experience very positive.
We used Reliable Service when our boiler unexpectedly shut down. They responded immediately, arrived within a couple of hours, and did a very thorough inspection and diagnosis. Great follow-up afterward too. Highly impressed.
They went beyond what we requested. Afrer their work, I have signed for their annual review service as well! Excellent customer service. Did I mention it took them 2 mins to accomodate our urgent request and, as a result, they knock on my door 30 mins after my call? Well... we were cold here with 2 children and no furnace. Not anymore :)
I was having issues with my heat pump and Andrew fixed the problem quickly and with no hassles. Great communication and very efficient. Highly recommend!
