This is my first ever Google review or any review for that matter because typically it just does not matter that much to me to write a review good or bad. I am writing this review because this company has been not only very good to me, but has bent over backwards to service my Bosch AC unit. My unit is not your average every day unit and they are the only ones that really know what they’re doing when it comes to the Bosch product. It looks like from the reviews this company is hit and miss. I can tell you the experience I am having is that my 75 year old aunt has been without air since June 4th. A couple of weeks ago I was told the part was in the van/truck and would be fixed that day. Maybe someone lied or maybe the part went to a preferred customer. Who knows... A few days ago, I called another hvac company and the owner called me back. He sent someone out to speak to my aunt. Do they service what they sell the answer would be no! I was told today to call another company. If that's works for anyone else good luck They even have a phone recording that tells all residential customers to call another company Wow. Legal and Roc here I come!
I am with a commercial real estate property management company and I have been working with Reliable Air Conditioning for several years. We were originally referred to them from a previous client. As a vendor, they are always on point, are the quickest for having a replacement HVAC unit ready for when the time comes even during the heat crisis in Phoenix, and are one of if not the most responsive vendors I have ever worked with. I highly recommend Reliable Air Conditioning as a great vendor for commercial HVAC related items!
