It looks like from the reviews this company is hit and miss. I can tell you the experience I am having is that my 75 year old aunt has been without air since June 4th. A couple of weeks ago I was told the part was in the van/truck and would be fixed that day. Maybe someone lied or maybe the part went to a preferred customer. Who knows... Do they service what they sell the answer would be no! I was told today to call another company. If that's works for anyone else good luck They even have a phone recording that tells all residential customers to call another company Wow. Legal and Roc here I come!
I am with a commercial real estate property management company and I have been working with Reliable Air Conditioning for several years. We were originally referred to them from a previous client. As a vendor, they are always on point, are the quickest for having a replacement HVAC unit ready for when the time comes even during the heat crisis in Phoenix, and are one of if not the most responsive vendors I have ever worked with. I highly recommend Reliable Air Conditioning as a great vendor for commercial HVAC related items!
Professional and responsive to all my questions and concerns.
I live on the ground floor of a two story condominium complex. However, all the AC units are on the second story roof. In need of a new AC unit I called RAC for a bid. Upon arrival the tech informed me his ladder was too short. He called the company office and found out no one in the whole company had a 30’ ladder. I find this incomprehensible. There are lots of two story dwellings in the Phoenix metropolitan area. RAC did not earn my business!
