The people at Relf's were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The guy helping me pick some glasses was not only helpful by picking out some cool glasses but he made my day by just being real with me and being very personable with no judgements of who I was or how much I could spend. The only thing I found questionable is that they left the door open in the exam room when they left the room as if it would detoure me from stealing or something. Totally professional...all staff. Plenty of time to ask questions.
I am part of the Blue Cross Blue Shield people who is very upset about the possible termination of service to Relf Eyecare. I have been a patient of Dr. Lisa Grahams for a long time and will be devastated if I have to find a new place. I have always been treated with kindness and respect and will continue to reccomend people to your wonderrful clinic.
I have never seen so good here's how I can describe it , seeing with the new lens that you guys have installed for me the difference from what it was like before was like a 360 video now it's 4K video I am so impressed and so thankful to you so much I will never forget what you have done for me thank you very very much.
