I am not technically a Relentless member, but I would be if I lived closer! I am Coach Alyssa's Aunt and want to share how much she helped me. I have been having severe shoulder pain with limited range of motion for many months. I could barely lift anything or even put my arm into the sleeve of my jacket without difficulty. I cannot express how life changing Dana and Alyssa have been to me. This is more than just a gym. This is a safe space to improve yourself both physically and in mindset. I feel like I am in a better place than I have been in a long time and most of the contributes to all the hard work Dana and Alyssa have done to help me.
