I am not technically a Relentless member, but I would be if I lived closer! I am Coach Alyssa's Aunt and want to share how much she helped me. I have been having severe shoulder pain with limited range of motion for many months. I could barely lift anything or even put my arm into the sleeve of my jacket without difficulty. I cannot express how life changing Dana and Alyssa have been to me. This is more than just a gym. This is a safe space to improve yourself both physically and in mindset. I feel like I am in a better place than I have been in a long time and most of the contributes to all the hard work Dana and Alyssa have done to help me. Coach D and AK are truly the best. I've never been around two people who care more about you actually achieving your goals. They are excellent listeners and meet you where you are. I could go on and on about all the wonderful parts of Relentless! If you want to get better every day, this is absolutely the place for you.
