RecommendedI fully recommend Release Massage Therapy. They understand athletes. They can relate to the struggles as you push your body while keeping a day job. I have always left feeling better and learning something, be it a new stretch or something to think about to keep the body healthy. I have been treated by at least a half dozen of their therapists and have never been dissatisfied.

I am from Massachusetts. I come to visit my family and Illinois once a year. I have an old injury that was acting up in my left shoulder. I did some research online and found release massage. Mary gave me a phenomenal deep tissue massage. Her knowledge was exceptional. Her use of essential oils was beautiful. The session overall was, by far , one of the best deep tissue sessions I've ever had!! I am a massage therapist and I would highly recommend Mary to anyone that I know!

What a terrific Christmas Present from my beautiful daughter. The young living oils and Ellen's remarkable touch were extremely healing. Since I live in Florida, a massage with Ellen was extremely special.
Saw Kim today, with just a couple of hours notice, for help with my Mamma back (pregnancy, labor, nursing, and picking up babies will give you that). Already on the mend.
