The lady who works here is ruthless when it comes to a tip. My massage was $60. Paid with a $100 bill. She gave me $20 back. I said did the price increase? She then reluctantly gave me the other $20. I normally tip $10 but since she initially withheld $20 of my change thinking I’d tip that I gave what loose dollar bills I had on me and put them in the tip jar. Which was $4. My wife and I came here for the first time; asked for a 45 minute combo massage (20 minutes body, 25 minutes foot work per their sign). Neither of us got the massage we asked for; we got a body massage only. We went in for a foot massage and decided to try the combo based on their sign. Big mistake. When we went to pay, she asked if we wanted to put a tip on the card, we told her We put a tip in the jar; SHE PULLED OUR TIP OUT OF THE JAR AND TOLD US TO GIVE HER MORE MONEY! Asked for 30 min foot massage and got a back massage, the worst and most painful back massage might I add. Did not touch my feet at all. Lady had an attitude from the beginning. Was in so much pain during the massage and still in pain 2 days later. Lady could tell I was in pain and instead of not doing it so rough, she did it even harder, continuously in the same exact spots. It has been two days and I am still in severe pain. To top it off, when we checked out, she expected a tip.
Um this is now my go to spot, very nice owners. They do not miss anything! It was great I got the combination which was 60min for body and 30 for feet. All 90$ i gave them a tip because they just did amazing! I can't wait to come back, thank you so much!!
They are honestly the best. I feel better in their 20 mins massage then I do an hour massage from many other places I’ve been to. She knows exactly where to rub and where knots are!
