I am extremely dissatisfied with this spa and strongly advise others to stay away. The service is unprofessional, and more alarmingly, the business is engaging in systematic insurance fraud. The owner operates two spa locations, both of which are involved in the same unethical and illegal practice: unlicensed individuals are performing massages, while licensed therapists are used only to issue receipts.
