I paid Relax the Back to replace the seat cushion on my Lifeform 14-year-old chair. I also paid them to pick up the chair, give it a tune-up (which I confirmed would include lubrication) and return it to me. Since it had some real bad squeeks, I was hopeful thelubrication would at least improve, if not resolve, these loud squeaks. When they returned the chair to me, I asked if the lubrication had been done and was told it had been. But the squeeks remained.
