The staff was very helpful. I bought a new Human Touch Zero Gravity, which I’m enjoying. If you have back issues I recommend this chair, it’s worth all the money.

I ordered a custom chair from this store and have owned it for about six months. I paid roughly $3,000 for it, and overall, I am thoroughly unimpressed. While the chair offers many adjustment options, none of them result in a configuration that is genuinely comfortable. I have tried every possible adjustment combination and can confidently say there is no position in which this chair provides the level of comfort one would reasonably expect at this price point. I walked in looking for an office chair that would bring comfort and protect my health while working. Cody gave me a wide range of choices and never tried to upsell me anything or get pushy. He paid attention to how I sat and how the chairs fit, he made adjustments, and he showed a level of expertise I didn’t know existed for chairs. I ended up spending about 8x more than I expected to, and I’m 100% happy with the purchase.
