I booked a 90 minute sports massage with Olga, which was absolutely amazing. She is so knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to recovery techniques and massaging the areas of your body that are sore from lots of training. I would highly recommend her!
Olga is the best! She's the most skilled and knowledgeable therapist I've ever encountered. Her hands are gifted, and she finds and works on problem areas with lasting effects. Olga provided a fantastic deep tissue massage to address my lower back and shoulder pain from long hours of work as an A/C maintainer. The massage was incredibly focused and relaxing, and she spent a lot of time on my problem areas, adjusting the pressure perfectly. I highly recommend her!
