Fast and efficient service got us seated fast and was super friendly
Staff could be more friendly, especially James. I got a pedicure, toes polished, along with a full set. My toes look like a child polished them and I requested a different color for my nails before my nails were started. This completely pissed James off in which he slammed down the book for me to pick a new color. Furthermore, my service just got worse from there. Beautiful atmosphere only if the staff’s attitude matched.
I can’t say enough good things about my nail tech (Kaity N)! She is absolutely AMAZING! Not only does she do beautiful work every single time, but she is so talented, creative, and truly takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. 💅🏼✨ I always leave loving my nails and feeling so pampered. She listens to what I want, gives great suggestions, and somehow manages to make every set even better than I imagined.
