Beautiful place and seems like a nice environment. Unfortunately I left disappointed. The nice girl did a nice job on a manicure but that’s not what I went in for. The front desk lady asked me what services I wanted. I told them remove my acrylic nails and get a new full set. I think some type of translating error happened. Usually when I come here I have little to no issues, but this time I came in for a gel polish on my nails. First I picked the color and it had a chrome finish coating which at the time I was unaware of the extra charge because I was not told by the lady doing my nails that it would be an $15 additional charge. Then once my nails were finished the very next day they started to peel off for no reason. One of them is completely gone and all of my other nail gel polish is peeling off as well. I have been here twice to get my nails done. Both times I had very pretty and great quality nails. The first time I went I got a full set with french tips for $70, the second time I went to get a fill but the price was the exact same. When I asked about it I was met with an attitude and no clear explanation. Safe to say I will not be going back considering the prices did not match their menu, and nobody was willing to help me. The people here are usually super friendly but my most recent experience was not worth it.
