My husband surprised me with a VIP room pedicures for us both ; and also for me to get my nails done (with TAP gel). Everyone we encountered at this location were so friendly and kind, they answered all of my questions, offered refreshments, and the most important part to me is that it was CLEAN. The price for what you get experience wise is absolutely worth every single penny. I visited the salon yesterday for the first time in over a year—the same one I used to take my mom to. She had Alzheimer’s and eventually wasn’t able to get out anymore, but she always loved getting her nails done. When I sat down, Lindsey immediately asked how my mom was doing. I was so touched that she remembered. I told her my mom passed in January, and she was incredibly kind and sincere. She told me how sorry she was several times, and it truly meant a lot. Relax Nails Spa truly lives up to their name! The salon is spotless, beautifully decorated, and has such a calming vibe. Their VIP area is gorgeous and absolutely worth the upgrade for an even more luxurious experience. I’ve been twice now, both during busy times, and never had to wait.
