Best mattress ever! Great sales & service from store personnel & owner. Had a minor problem with remote - owners son came out and fixed it personally. Now that's what I call customer service! Sales staff has the same focus - complete customer satisfaction. Best bed ever.
Our Power Bed is like sleeping in a recliner but much more comfortable. I do not toss and turn like I did in our regular flat bed. We both sleep better and it takes pressure off my back. We really do like our new bed!
Found The Perfect Mattress! Just a note to tell you how much we like the Comfortaire GS 1100 mattress. In the past we have had a Sleep Number and also a Tempur-Pedic adjustable bed. We liked both, but were never completely happy with having to use 2 twin size mattresses put together to makea king-size bed. When we saw the GS 1100 we felt it could be an answer. My sleep educator, Roberta, was very knowledgeable in regards to the power adjustable beds. She informed us and guided us through the entire purchasing process. She was pleasant, patient and great with us. Highly recommended store and product.
Great Adjustable Bed! Don was THE best salesperson. After he showed me several beds, the GS Supreme was my ideal pick. It was so-o comfortable. Additionally, he told me his delivery people would return to set up my headboard with my bed when I bought my new headboard. Being new to The Villages this took the pressure off to run out and buy a headboard. I now have THE BEST bed and can take my time to shop for the best headboard, knowing that it'll be put together correctly.
Made us feel comfortable right from the beginning. Sue explained everything clearly to us and she was very patient. We can't wait to use our power adjustable air support bed.
I was very happy with the way the staff (Sue especially) went through all of the options and patiently guided us through the process. They don't pressure you to buy and its exactly the power adjustable bed we were looking for. Thank you all.
