Owner, Marissa, is ableist. Can’t expect a counselor to understand when they don’t even understand themselves. It’s clear that she’s constantly lost in thought, doesn’t know what to pay attention to, and/or how to pay attention.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this practice's billing department has been extremely frustrating. I was billed for services while there was an active dispute regarding how my insurance claims were processed. The EOBs and claim status changed multiple times, and despite ongoing insurance reviews and reprocessing, I was repeatedly told I was responsible for the balance.
