We have been a client since 2017. Over the past 2 years, the service has deteriorated to the point of non-existant. Trying to reach someone that is knowledgeable takes multiple trys, if you are able to get anyone at all. We decided to change vendors. When I gave our notice, I was recited our contact instead of someone asking me what the problem was or why we were cancelling. That was confirmation that we made the right decision to cancel. We are using this as an appointment reminder system. Its unreliability is more of a detriment to our business than going without. It's failures cause patient confusion and Relatient's customer service and tech-support is slow to respond and not able to quickly understand the crux of an issue. Regrettable decision to use this service.
