I have stayed at Related as a tenant and worked with Related and an employee. If you can avoid this company do so. Most people that stay in our community have issues with their leadership and management team. They have a serious lack of accountability and will take advantage of you when possible. Working with the organization should also be avoided as there is no training or resources that are provided to their staff. This is by far one of the worst companies that I've had to deal with overall.
