I have shopped here many times in the last 8 years . The last visit , the male Latino man , who I was told is the “manager” could not even look at me in the face when checking me out . Service sucks . They act as if they are doing the customer a favor . Get it together Williams Sonoma , west elm and Rejuvenation and all these brands that you can tell are the same umbrella because the service sucks equally in all of them . No more .
Customer service here is awful. It’s as if you’re paying them to help you. We’ve spoken to 3 different employees there and they all have the exact same attitude. Over explain and act like you’re dumb. Also wait times are stupidly long. Never again.
Horrible customer service with damaged delivery. Horrible wait times for support. Canceled replacement without notification and no refund.
