my wife and I were ignored the entire 45 minutes we were there, no mater what we were looking at or what section of the store we were in. There was literally one other couple in the store and nobody could even be bothered to greet us or offer to answer any questions. Their loss, I suppose, as we are in the midst of a remodel, but what a waste of our time
I’ve spent nearly $6,000 with Rejuvenation in just the past month, but the experience at their Culver City store was so disappointing that I won’t be returning. I had come in today to spend another $3K on items for a home I’m remodelling, but it’s worth it to me to go out of my way not to give them any more of my business - I will avoid shopping with any brands in the Rejuvenation/William-Sonoma group. Was looking to purchase 2 pendant lights, 2 wall sconces and 1 small chandelier. The total was about $4,000.00 and the freight to ship the 5 lights was $400. This is excessive and when I called the store to inquire about picking up at the store I was met with a "no we don't do that" When I asked for a discount on the $400 freight and proecessing they said "no we don't do that" I was looking at chairs and a table but that response makes me shop elsewhere. I have shopped here many times in the last 8 years . The last visit , the male Latino man , who I was told is the “manager” could not even look at me in the face when checking me out . Service sucks . They act as if they are doing the customer a favor . Get it together Williams Sonoma , west elm and Rejuvenation and all these brands that you can tell are the same umbrella because the service sucks equally in all of them . No more .
