It’s a real shame at the level of rudeness at this store. Sigh
$3,000 Chair, Two-Year Lifespan I purchased a Performance Boater Bouclé chair in Ore approximately two years ago for around $3,000. The chair is described as “heirloom quality,” yet after about two years of normal use, the backrest springs began protruding through the upholstery. my wife and I were ignored the entire 45 minutes we were there, no matter what we were looking at or what section of the store we were in. There was literally one other couple in the store and nobody could even be bothered to greet us or offer to answer any questions. Their loss, I suppose, as we are in the midst of a remodel, but what a waste of our time
Waste of time, very unprofessional customer service. We requested supposedly a designer to help us to pick mirrors online, we got connected with one of the store workers Rebecca who has been nothing but a joke. Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else
Quality furniture with dreadful and rude customer service. Asked for assistance and was then sent to another employee because the other guy was busy on his cell phone, even though we were the only people shopping. She was clearly not happy to help us, but she begrudgingly answered a question and just walked away. I will stick with the OC store from now on.
