I would give this spa zero stars, if I could. I booked spa treatments for myself and my mother well in advance. Upon arriving early, we waited for our therapists to get ready. Finally, the receptionist came out to tell us that one of the therapists had a reaction to an herbal wrap and that only one therapist would be available now. They knew this therapist had reacted in the past. The receptionist showed little concern when offering to reschedule us.
