Lori Sandmon also lead me to believe that she was trained as a Physician's Assistant. After seeing Heather's review (knowing that a PA is very different from a nurse), I did some digging with the Wisconsin Department of Professional Safety Services, and she is neither a nurse nor a PA, but rather a cosmetologist whose license has been expired since 2007.
