The best thing about rejuve is the great staff, the trainers are awesome. They will modify any exercise that u need. Problems with shoulders, back , knees what ever the issue they will modify and work with you. I was part of the the second 6 week challenge, the diet, nutrion combined with 3x a week boot camps work. I started out at 274.6 pounds ended my six weeks with a 37 pound weight loss, loosing 2inches off my neck, chest,arms 3 inches off my hips 6 inches off my waist and thighs, and I cut my cholesterol in half.
