I LOVE that I have OPTIONS when it comes to MY fitness!! There are so many great group classes that most days I have a hard time choosing! On days where I just want 'ME' time, there are plenty of machines and space to do my own thing. There is really something for every age and gender at this gym.
Rejuv is a great place to workout! The staff is friendly and the trainers are great! The bootcamp classes are awesome and you will get results. The childcare is very clean as is the entire facility.
Tanner was amazing.... Kept me motivated and had great variation...
