When I first met Dr Tait several years ago I was in severe pain and sometimes using a walker to get around following two back surgeries. My medication list was very long including five types of blood pressure medications. My husband has had chronic back pain for many many years, 2 surgeries and every type of shot for pain on the market. I have been a patient of Dr. Tait since I was referred to him by a pain DR. that was doing shots in my back. That Dr. told me that Dr. Tait had been a pain Dr. but wanted to have a practice where he looked at a patients total health and provided not only pain care but also nutrition and exercise. Dr. Tait, Janet, and Dawn comprise the most personal, efficent, and state of the art medical team I have enjoyed working with. On top of that - they are a lot of fun! I bring the them a host of chronic and quite serious medical problems and I have been seeking alternatives to surgery for those problems. I find Dr. Tait to be a very competent Orthopedic physician. He is thorough in his diagnoses and offers effective treatment. He has treated me for elbow tendinosis and frozen shoulder, two tough conditions. I particularly like his patient email contacts informing me about issues and progress in the area of healthy living. I am also very impressed with the friendliness and proficiency of his office staff.

I was referred to Rejuv in MN by the Va after the St. Cloud facility discontinued administering epidural shots for my back pain. I was skeptical at first but soon realized the nerve injections they gave me worked wonders for my pain. I had a follow up visit toRejuv Southwest in Tucson and again my pain was alleviated. I would highly recommend people check out the treatments Rejuv offers.

I learned about Rejuv from a friend whose pain level when she walked had become so excruciating she could hardly move, much less walk.
