It is a great staff, loads of equipment, variety of studio classes and real world people (not just fitness god/goddesses )work out there. The staff and guests are friendly and encouraging.
I did it!! 20# and 5.2% fat loss in 6 weeks! Thanks to my coach, Holly, and all the trainers. LOVE the Boot Camps! Always different and challenging. The hour flies by!
The fitness center is the best!
I would recommend anyone looking to lose some weight to do the 6 week challenge weight loss challenge at Rejuv. The staff and the trainers were very friendly and knowledgeable. Their facility is very clean and has a lot of equipment to work with. Jake was my weight loss adviser and he was very helpful and understanding. Scheduling staff and front desk WORST EVER! Can't even describe how frustrated and disappointed. They don't seem to understand basic scheduling or surgical needs; my appointment was booked for over a month knowing that I needed lab work the same day; for a surgery the following Monday. The staffed NEGLECTED to explain until the day of appointment that they aren't a real clinic and don't run any lab work; needless to say putting me in jeopardy of having to reschedule my surgery.
