They are very understanding and they did not make me nervous like most Wight loss places or gyms. They also where able to address my pain issues in order for me to lose the weight.
Kelsey has been a blessing to me and I wouldn't be as far as I am today without her! And Cheri is one of the most inspirational people I know, I wouldn't have ever imagined myself taking a spin class until I tried her class just once! I didn't think I was doing it "right" she just patted me on my back and continued to tell me I was truly doing a great job! Rejuv is a life changing place!
