The week after I said I couldn't afford the rental at that price, I found it listed for $500 less than what he was going to charge me. He entered my house unannounced, while I was in the shower, with my nine year old daughter in the house. He was so rude, abrupt and demeaning he left her crying. This is not someone you want to work with... or anyone he associates with.

Very crooked rental company. Alex has overcharged me for multiple items to gain extra money for the property. If you can avoid renting from him as the property manager please do so. If you cannot avoid it make sure you do a very thorough inspection to the place you are renting. All the way down to anything that wiggles, mark it on the paper.
