I have great confidence in Dr. Reisz, however, she always runs late on keeping appointment times, usually an hour or more behind schedule. Her staff isn't the freindliest. And getting prescriptions refilled is a hassle... pharmacy has to wait and it sometimes takes days to get a phone call returned.
I called to try to get my son in for an appointment. I told the scheduler that he has rash that is miserable. She paused for 40 seconds and the 1st question was "WHO IS YOUR INSURANCE WITH?" How insensitive can one be. Hopefully the office reads this and learns to be less robotic on the phone. This caused me to go to another Dr. Too bad, as I was referred here.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
