Mr. Stoner had an uncanny knowledge of the housing situation at the time my mother's house needed to be sold and my worries of displaying a largely-empty home during a cold, snowy, leafless spring proved unfounded. An Open House yielded substantial interest and several buyer possibilities, the eventual transaction was smooth and straightforward, all the little loose ends neatly tied up. I have nothing but thanks and praise for Mr. Stoner and Reist Corporation.

We've worked with other realtors before but never have we ever, come across someone so genuine. This was an emotional sale for our mother who has experienced some decline in her health and needed to downsize. Richard was incredibly patient and kind. Although it would have been easier for our mom to have a notary come to her assisted living facility to sign documents, Richard understood how important the closing and meeting the new owners was to her, so he made sure she could be present.
