The customer service is first class! They are open before any other tire place in Evansville! This shop has the feel you want they are very knowledgeable and has a great reputation! I will be getting my tires here from here on out, I would advise anyone to try this place first! We ran over a nail, we were expecting to buy a new tire which was $200 and he looked at me and said “ you don’t need a new tire, we can just fix it, unless you want waste the money “! He is a very open and honest! It was a tremendous experience
Took mechanic over 60 minutes to plug a nail in my tire, charge was $25. Then the same employee broke the sensor in my TPS system in my car. I called to see about reimbursement since it was not covered by the warranty, and “supervisor” blamed me for breaking it while driving on a flat. First of all I did not drive on a flat, my tire pressure should be 38 it was 33. Then he made up other excuses as to why it wasn’t a Reis tires fault. The staff was very friendly an courteous. I always appreciate that they treat female customers with respect, thats hard to find. Jerry especially was very pleasant an jelpful.
