My wife convinced me to join her for a hot yoga session and I ended up coming back until we moved. The instructors are very welcoming and put on great classes. I always feel better leaving here, and already miss it! I'd highly recommend anyone in the area stop in and give it a try!

i have had an amazing experience the last few times coming here with Danny, the yoga/pilates studio is the hottest one i've experienced. very clean, professional & welcoming atmosphere they have created here.

I can’t say enough good things about this yoga studio! After nearly four years as a member, I can confidently say it's become a second home for my husband and me. We find ourselves here almost every day, and it never feels repetitive thanks to the incredible variety of classes offered. Great fitness studio - not just yoga. A fantastic mix of people and classes. I've seen such a transformation in my flexibility while being challenged on strength, which keeps me and my wife coming back for more. The hot yoga classes are a highlight, especially with the refreshing lavender cold towel to cool down afterward. And let’s not forget the popsicles—especially after the hot classes! They’re the perfect treat after a great workout. My wife and I recommend this place for all level.
