This is the first dental office I have felt comfortable in all my years going to a dentist. Not worrying about extremely high fees. Dr. Reinstein cares about her patients.

It has been a great pleasure to have Dr. Beth & Marino take wonderful care of the dental needs of both myself & my wife. We have been patients for a couple of years & feel most confident in their respective professional roles. Friendly, welcoming & very affordable w/o dental insurance. A number of friends have been long-term patients & our collective impressions are of the highest regard. This dental office is the dirtiest office I’ve ever been to for medical facility The assistant to the doctor is dirty and so is the doctor they do not wear any coverups. They’re shorts are filthy because they wipe their hands on the shirts They dropped my tooth on the floor and proceeded to pick it up, clean it and wanted to put it in my mouth The entrance to the office is Horrible the receptionist is always on the phone with her family And eating her lunch in one of the patient rooms I would never recommend this Dentist

I should have trusted my gut after the first visit. Last week, I waited over an hour past my appointment time, despite the dentist being apologetic. I decided to give them a second chance today with an early morning slot, thinking it would be better. It wasn't. After waiting for nearly another hour, I left without being seen. The multiple signs around the office about waiting are a huge red flag. This place shows no respect for your time and takes no ownership of its poor time management. I will not be returning.

New patient for new dentures. Was told first need set of xrays then approval from insurance company. Sounded fair. Receptionist was busy eating her lunch and had 3 or 4 personal calls while I was waiting. Seemed very unprofessional to me. I waited 1 hour after my scheduled appointment and still sat. Decided not the place for me and walked out.
