I should have trusted my gut after the first visit. Last week, I waited over an hour past my appointment time, despite the dentist being apologetic. I decided to give them a second chance today with an early morning slot, thinking it would be better. It wasn't. After waiting for nearly another hour, I left without being seen. The multiple signs around the office about waiting are a huge red flag. This place shows no respect for your time and takes no ownership of its poor time management. I will not be returning.

New patient for new dentures. Was told first need set of xrays then approval from insurance company. Sounded fair. Receptionist was busy eating her lunch and had 3 or 4 personal calls while I was waiting. Seemed very unprofessional to me. I waited 1 hour after my scheduled appointment and still sat. Decided not the place for me and walked out.

Although the wait was a little longer, Dr Reinstein was wonderful and kind, in general it was a great experience and very good service. Thank you for your time explaining everything to me.

If you schedule an appointment here, set aside your whole day! After multiple years of appointments here, today was the final straw. While today's experience was the most egregious, it is by no means unique to my experience. My wife and I had appointments at 9:30a and 10:00a, which we believed to be the first appointments of the day (given our history with the office). We arrived on site at 9:30a to a locked office, no lights on. The opening hour is posted as 9:00a, so by definition the office is 30min late on being opened. ... read more
